1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

2. Credits & payments

The Service uses a one-time credit model — there is no subscription. Credits are purchased upfront and consumed when you generate headshots. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.

• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• A generation consumes credits whether or not you keep the result.
• Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider; by paying, you also agree to their terms.

3. Your content & licenses

You retain ownership of the photos you upload ("Input"). You represent that you have the right to upload each photo and that doing so does not violate anyone's rights. You grant us a limited license to process your Input solely to operate the Service and generate your results.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of the credits used, you own the headshots generated for you ("Output") and may use them for personal and commercial purposes. Outputs generated by similar prompts may resemble those produced for other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their consent, or images of minors.
• Impersonate, deceive, defame, or harass any person, or create misleading depictions of real individuals.
• Generate content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Refunds

Because credits unlock digital content that is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a technical fault on our side prevented delivery, contact support and we will make it right.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, models, and branding, is owned by Headshotgen and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or underlying technology.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies or artifacts, and we do not guarantee that any particular result will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Headshotgen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or modify the Service over time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached.
